On January 12, 2011, the Arcadia 4, John Quigley, Andrea Bowers, Julia Jaye Posin and Travis Jochimsen were arrested trying to prevent the destruction of what once was an 11-acre old-growth forest in Arcadia, California.
The Arcadia 4, all individuals from the Los Angeles community, were removed from trees and arrested for their efforts. Currently, they are facing criminal charges and have begun their legal battle.
Please also call, email or write the Los Angeles District Attorney's office and ask that the prosecutions against the Arcadia 4 be dropped.
